README
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For all the Minesweeper lovers comes this special version, which expands on the
original game with helpful features, while allowing full graphic configuration!
Future versions will include new skins and different game types, as well as
advanced playing modes... stay tuned.

GOAL OF THE GAME:
-----------------------------------------------------
Uncover every block that does not have a bomb under it (click on a block with
the left mouse button to uncover it). You may place flags (with the right
mouse button) on blocks that you believe have a bomb, to help you when checking
for bombs. (You don't really have to cover every bomb with flags
though, they're just there for help).

INSTRUCTIONS:
-----------------------------------------------------
Click on "Go" to start a new game, or "Options" to select game difficulty or map
size, or look at the high-scores.

On the left, you can see:
-"Go" and "Options" buttons, where you can click (whoa!).
-Time counter (minutes:seconds:hundredths of seconds).
-Flag counter: this indicates the number of remaining flags, and also the total
of bombs on the map
-Remaining blocks: the number of blocks remaining either covered or without a
flag on them.

On the right, you can see the Game Map, and the blocks. These can be:

-Covered blocks - may contain bombs
-Flags - should be used to indicate a bomb under them
-Uncovered blocks - are either empty or have a number, indicating the amount of bombs
that are around them (in every of the 8 directions, up, down, left, right, and on
the diagonals).
-Bomb - if you've made a wrong move, this will indicate that you've lost the game!
Good thing this is just a simulator... Click on "Go" to start again.

The keys for the game are:

*LEFT MOUSE BUTTON: uncover block.
*RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON: put flag/remove flag from block.
*LEFT MOUSE BUTTON + RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON: clicking both buttons on a block that has
a number will uncover every block around it, as long as there are is the same number
of flags around this block as the number indicated in it.
*CTRL: highlights all blocks that either haven't been uncovered or don't have a flag
on them (so that you know if you've missed an area).
*ESC or SPACE: exit the game.
*SHIFT: start a new game.

If you achieve a good time in clearing the map, you'll be asked to enter your
initials for the high-score table. Enter letters or numbers, and press the "Enter"
key when you're done. You can check the high-scores on the options menu at any time.

When you click on "Options", the game will pause and you can:

-See the high-scores - press the button on the bottom of the screen
-Change the difficulty - click on the colored bar to select one of the five
difficulty settings
-Change the size of the map - click on the colored bar to select one of the five
map size settings.
-Return to the game - by clicking on the bottom button

*** If you change either the difficulty or the map size, you have to start a new game
(by clicking "Go" on the main screen) for these changes to be applied ***

To exit the game, either click the window's "close" button, or press "ESC" or "SPACE".
